You can

  • Use the photos as wallpapers on any phone, tablet, computer or watch you personally use
  • Keep backup copies for yourself
  • Share a casual photo or screenshot of your own screen where the wallpaper happens to show

You can't

  • Share, send, sell or give away the image files
  • Post the photos online as images in their own right
  • Print them, or put them on products or merchandise
  • Use them in advertising or branding, or to train AI

Who this is between

This license is between TPF Studios ("we") and the person who bought a Held Still bundle ("you"). It applies to every photo in every bundle you buy. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

Who owns the photos

All the photographs are original work. TPF Studios keeps the copyright and all other rights. Buying a bundle gives you a license to use the photos in it. It doesn't transfer ownership of them.

What you may do

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Set the photos as the wallpaper, lock screen or background on any devices you own or personally use, including a phone you also use for work
  • Keep copies of the files for your own backup
  • Show your own screen in a casual photo, video or screenshot, where the wallpaper appears in the background

What you may not do

  • Share, send, upload, sell, resell, give away or sublicense the image files, whether original or edited
  • Post the photos online or on social media as images in their own right, or offer them as wallpapers anywhere else
  • Print the photos, or use them on products, merchandise, packaging or digital goods (including NFTs)
  • Use the photos for advertising, branding, or any business or commercial purpose
  • Use the photos to train, fine-tune or test any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system, or include them in a dataset
  • Remove or change the copyright notice or order details stored in the files

Order details in each file

Each photo you download carries a copyright notice and a short order reference, stored invisibly in the file's details. They don't change how the photo looks. If a copy turns up somewhere it shouldn't, the reference lets us identify the order it came from.

If the terms are broken

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must delete every copy of the photos. We may also take other steps available under copyright law.

If something is wrong with your download

If a file won't download or is damaged, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. Because the photos are digital and delivered right away, we don't otherwise offer refunds, except where the law requires it.

The legal basics

The photos are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
